    This listing is for new Shady Plate License Plate Frames, for use with
    The Shady Plate PDLC Smart Tint License Plate Cover.  Uses four neodymium magnets to hold the plate cover in place.
    *The Shady plate does not fit ALL vehicles.  Pickup Trucks with license plates attached to the rear bumper tend to run into problems.  It requires 12-1/4" x 7" clearance, as well as at least 1-1/2" clearance in front of the license plate for proper installation.  It is the buyers responsibility to make sure your vehicle has room to install The Shady Plate.
