Antique Chinese -wooden- Rice Bucket W/ IRON DETAILS

Don’t know very much about this at all, so what you see is what you get. I don’t even know what the writing says on the side! If you do know, feel free to let me know!
Note: the bottom has some felt pads attached that are obviously not “original” to the piece but were likely added at some point by someone that owned this. The rest of the piece though is original, possible restoration here or there though over time. Like the Chinese lettering seems to have been touched up at some point, although I could be wrong. It just seems too “crisp” to be as old as the rest of the piece.
